20 years' experience as a consultant working with global organisations combined with academic research. I specialise in working with complex issues of culture, values and communication - a subject which I also teach at Warwick University and Cranfield Business Schools. I work with multinational organisations to help deliver communication strategy, increase employee engagement, cultural awareness and intercultural effectiveness through in depth auditing and individual and group interventions (coaching, facilitation and more traditional training methods).
