I am an experienced commercial writer with flexible transferable skills. My background is in regional and national newspaper journalism. Following that was a move into the corporate world to forge a successful career in external and internal communications with a number of blue chip companies.

My family are very important to me and I love spending as much time as I can with them. When I'm not working I enjoy cycling, walking and visiting the Peak and Lake Districts.

My reading tastes are varied. Besides being an avid reader of newspapers, I also enjoy the writing of CJ Sansom, Robert Harris and Peter Ackroyd.
